my point is- i'm the one having these children. i decided my finances r not enough for them. so why should anyone pressure me to have them. i'm not willing to give up my comforts to provide for children. so call me selfish.

children are not a buffer for old age. a strong retirement fund/portfolio and good nursing home is.

there'll always be pple who are convinced and pple who are not.

the question here is, in this day and age, is the portion of pple convinced less than the portion of pple unconvinced, OR vice versa.

i like children. i don't mind having my own.i don't mind compromising on finances. but that's my choice. no ad can influence that.

i also understand why many choose not to have children. i respect that. and i pray our society doesn't become one where if one exercise her rights either way, she is ostracized.
