Can't Do This Blue Dress

Had clothes to buy from PARCOnextNEXT, but wasn't about to make a special trip down. There was no hurry. Since the girlfriend wanted to buy books from the store across, we made our way to the mall. We've an hour before we were due at another girlfriend's for dance training.

Had my eye on several items from a couple of labels. Threw them into the shopping cart. Some basics are a must-buy. There're the comfy jerseys from eve- asymmetrics and easy draping are the highlights of this label. Then, there's this playful casual dress. I love the neckline and the colors it comes in. However, I wasn't sure about the cut and the way it flapped around the thighs. Still, I took it into the dressing room.

Pulled on the blue dress. That neckline was really cool. But as I stared into the mirror, tons of misgivings arose. I waltzed out. The girlfriend stared really hard. Then she came right up to my ears and whispered her comments. It was just one.short.sentence. I laughed. Yes, rather horrifying. It echoed what I initially thought when I picked it out. I promptly handed it back to the sales dude. Nope.
