I Forgot It's A Conjunction

I'm rushing through the Christmas cards. If I don't send them off tomorrow, I'll never make it for Boxing Day even.

My handwriting's just this line of scribbles. A little indecipherable, I admit.

As I merrily pasted clear tape over the addresses on the envelopes to protect them from snow, rain and whatever, a realization hit me.

Oh dear oh dear.

In many of the cards, my favorite line for the year was inserted. I wrote, "May the new year bring you more ups and downs."

OH.MY.GOD. I had meant "....more ups than downs." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still going to post them out. Die lah. After you read it, don't beat me to a pulp please?
