Beef


Tonight, M-san made this shabu shabu Kobe beef for me.

He put it on a bed of ice.

Thinly sliced and served with a thick dipping sauce, it was very refreshing.

It didn't feel heavy at all.

A perfect accompaniment to the sushi.
