Elections ah??
Oh yes. 6 May 2006.
The Imp doesn't need to vote. It's a slam-dunk walkover in this estate. If she doesn't shift over to the contested GRCs, she probably will never have to vote.
The news on the elections make interesting morning reading. The snippets make good fodder for social gossip.
In the estate, there aren't any campaign posters, rallies, vans and flyers. No friendly neighbors clustering together , wondering about what the opposition will do next; no weird people going around holding babies and shaking residents' hands; no obvious instant freebies; no excitement.
In absence of the right to exercise The Imp's vote, her opinions won't matter.
So The Imp shall just mind her own business.
