I like the feel of wood and stone.
I love looking out to the seascape that spoke of tranquility. It also commands my fear and respect with her immense power.
I can so understand why people choose to spend long periods of time here.
I would know. I once felt that attraction keenly and let it rule me for a while.
A few years on, I still feel it.
I found myself avidly reading the fine print on the billboards for those stylo-mylo cliff-top/sea front properties. And checking them off rather seriously against a mental list.

Trust me on this - DO NOT BUY FANCY HOMES IN 3rd World Countries! Just spend the money and stay in the fanciest place you like and walk away with great memories after the vacation.
Oooh nice! This place looks so relaxing! Maybe I should consider planning a trip there to relax before the little one is out. :)
