Surf & Turf

The man whipped up a fuss free dinner.

Simple cold pasta salad, bean mash, steak and lobster.

The frozen Maine lobster was pre-cooked. So all it needed was a steam session. Add on some garlic, melted cheese and butter, it was good to serve.

Our only complaint was that the lobster was so tiny! Next time, we should get 1 lobster each.

The whole point of having a grill pan is find all sorts of excuses to use it.

Besides the juice ribeyes, the man also bought rump steak just to try his hand at grilling it to that medium rare perfection.

Now, we need to take a look at the more robust sauces instead of the man's preferred red wine sauce for meats.

I always suspect that it's his excuse to drink a whole bottle of red wine all by himself before we sit down to dinner.

That’s the super heavy grill pan right, normal cleaning after that? I mean, u just wash as usual? So does it get real smokey when u grill indoors?
