The man said he would be giving me two Christmas presents, both of which, are promises. He solemnly affirmed that both are promises that he would happily fulfil because he wanted to.
First up, he would cook for the old folks on my roster on a Sunday, or over a weekend, depending how the logistics go. He would check out some Asian foods that the old folks prefer and try to cook up something tasty, packing them into lunchboxes for them and help me out on the delivery route.
Oh perfect.
He doesn't have to serve what I serve. But to have him chip in once in a bit for what I do is joy enough. To have his companionship and support in a similar ideal is the warmest gift.

That is very thoughtful of both of you, the old folks will be delighted and touched.
The best thing is that both of you are doing this together, you must really keep him by your side. He is indeed a gem.

mamabok+ lms: it's something we grow up with. for every dollar for the tangible, we'll have to return equally or in kind to the intangible and to the community.
