Pasta Of The Season

We decided that the pasta for this Christmas would be angel hair pasta with caviar and crème fraiche.

The man improvised from this internet recipe and created his own.

He added his own twist with lemon rind and salmon roe. We don't need Beluga caviar. We're happy to use organic caviar from Spain. Burbot caviar would do great too. If we're in the mood for it, we would add white wine and crab meat seasoned in Old Bay.

It's quite delicious, I must say.

I like crème fraiche.
