Came home this huge box leaning against the door. It was addressed to the man. Rolled my eyes. What else could it be?
The man's mad acquisition of certain guitars is comparable, I suppose, to some my mad acquisitions of various items. There're similarities in the way we go for boutique-made stuff, details and love anything lovingly handmade and we sorta look for the same traits when we pick out something.
A beautiful Suhr. It came in a stunning flame-topped maple over a basswood body adorned with a maple neck and indian rosewood fretboard. How beautiful! Even I wanted to fiddle with it to hear the sound. But he gets first dibs of course.
The man pronounced that it's got a great balance and a versatile round tone.
