Well, the nails are being kept short for now for a good reason.
I'm busy practising two pieces on the piano. I'm to play and sing two songs at a soon-to-happen charity event. Maybe even do a third if people don't boo me off the stage. And the girlfriends said I picked two rather difficult pop-piano songs around. Oh. Whatever. I've gotta at least be able to play and sing along first.
(Don't say anything about these being not true to the indie roots. These got mass appeal okay.)
So this is the first one- 陳慧嫻's <<傻女>>
The second piece is Beverly Craven's Promise Me. I can play it smoothly. I can sorta sing it. But I'm not so sure about playing to a dinner audience.
Eh peeps, I don't think I can handle doing a guitar piece for the third song. I'll be so nervous. I can't play a guitar and sing at the same time. I don't think I can memorize BOTH lyrics and notes on the piano either!!!!
*Gulp*
