Strokes

The skating buddy and I are so disciplined.

We headed home for a swim session. Nothing very serious lah. Just a mid-week stretch. With all the knee-pounding she's doing, she must do some cardio in the pool!

Well, she did 30 laps. I trailed lazily and did 25. ;p

Dinner was kept light with soba, tofu and 8 pieces of sushi for both.

All these were enough to make me not feel guilty about having an Oreo milkshake after. HAhahahah.

Wow, if only I could survive on that, I wouldn't have all these weight woes then! Hahaha...
