I kinda wanted a leather jacket to replace an old one. Since winter/fall range is in the shops, I went to take a look.But I thought the prices in Singapore are ridiculously expensive. Since I wasn't travelling to anywhere seriously cold, there wasn't a pressing need to get one.
That was 2 months back.
The man was very sweet. Quietly, he went shopping with his boys. He got me a leather jacket for Christmas. (in the right size too!)
Ooooh! I love leather jackets. Given the right fit, they're the ultimate accessory très chic!
The man has a wry sense of humor. He meant it to match Joe Bear's jacket.

Reminds me of the first time i saw and almost bought a really cheap leather jacket, way back when i was in this little town in Italy (forgot the name, started with 'v' in think), almost the first time I had a cuppancino, yah, it was that long ago. Told myself why would I need one in S'pore? <^;^>

(As in weather lah. Although it's also hot in other ways hee hee.)
I don't mind a leather riding jacket but can you imagine being stuck in traffic in the hot sun wearing the jacket?!??

eveline: NO way. no leatherjacket in hot sun!! i'd just die of heatstroke. i dunno actually. i send it to the laundromat once a while and they do the rest. but apparently, i don't need to wash them! just air it well and treat it with a leather cleaner once in a while to keep it supple. it CANNOT be handwashed or put in the machine.
