Pasta At Otto!

After the hustle and bustle all morning, I needed to grab a quick break before checking in with work. I realized that because the throat was so sore and the brains were zonked over the past couple of days, there wasn't any urge to drink any sort of coffee even though there were cafes around which would serve a decent brew.

Not that I needed coffee now, but it would be nice to have a time-out. Earlier, the girlfriend texted about lunch. But it would be too late for her, so didn't dare to make a date. I was quite happy to eat alone. Then another bunch of friends texted to say that they just walked out from a long meeting. So a late lunch at Otto Ristorante was in order. Nice of Otto to still serve us.

I wasn't particularly hungry. But I could eat. And pasta it must be. Next to sushi, pasta is my all-time solution to everything. What better choice than its sea urchin spaghetti with zucchini?

I declined dessert though. The table ordered all chocolatey stuff. Not good for my throat. Needed to keep awake and not go into a sugar high.
