What's That Bird?

Walking along the streets, I had a lot of fun walking into the alleys to check out what was happening, be it random humans napping, hanging out clothes or watching the staff of the roast meat shop nearby pluck the feathers off the freshly dead birds. The dude didn't mind me watching. But I didn't want to stand over his shoulders, and remained at a distance.

It was fascinating. I've never really seen one up this close. Neither have I skinned or plucked a chicken or a bird of any sort. He was using tweezers to pull out the smallest feathers and whatnots. Most careful and attentive. The weather was cool enough for things not to stink or spoil for a bit. It made for good advertising for the shop I suppose.

As I walked away, I realized that I still don't know what the bird was. Was it a goose or a duck? I couldn't tell. Oh dear. This city girl who doesn't handle raw food is quite lousy. I've no close-ups...ermmm...help? Can you tell from this photo what bird this is?
