Wecrashed the dessert angel's house and pulled her out of an early bedtime. Stole a slice of pecan pie that was sent from the dessert angel's favorite shop, all the way from Baltimore, Maryland.
Apparently, this was the shop's first international delivery! The pecan pie was absolutely delish. *evil grin* Should have stolen the whole box.

pecan pie definitely looks spiffy. better than how i look after a long flight from Seattle.

Well, not quite two days. I'd say at the quickest, at least 26 hours from Baltimore to Sing via DC and Narita on ANA...21 hours if they drove it straight to Dulles. Around the same if they flew it on SQ via NYC. I used to take that Dulles to Singapore route back every 3 months for the last 2 years...The things you do for long distance relationships...:P

i tried to sneak bak kwa to NYC. via FedEx. didn't work. it arrived. but didn't really keep all that well. still edible, but no longer juicy.
