Another 3 weeks and I think you can be sterilised. Dunno where you came from. I don't see your mom or siblings around. You are so very tiny with a ferocious mew. You can't even run properly and can only scamper around unsteadily. You're feeding quite well now.
I love it that you've been waiting for me to come home every night and answer to my call. You trust me not to abuse you. You would have blindly followed me into the lift and home. You're so affectionate. I'm really quite taken by you. I wish I could give you a home.
Tomorrow you're going to the vet to get vaccinated. You can recover in a corner of the flat. But unfortunately, it's not a forever-home. I hope that you don't get killed before I send you for sterilization.

How adorable!
sooooo cute...haiz too bad i can't have pets..think i shouldn't with my ridiculous working hours as well...man reading your blog makes me hungry (not related to this post!!)
Oh....but please don't get too attached to it cos it may be very distraught when it stops seeing you. Urgh! can't bear the thought.
i hope you will be a responsible feeder. it would be great if u're willing to fork out money and sterilize it. i think u do this quite a fair bit?
rachael: yes. and limited resources to what we can do!
dawn: isn't she??!!! i realize it's a she!!!!
kismet: awwww... then no pets first. :) go easy on the working hours.
suziew: nah. not too attached to it. but if it hangs ard, i'll feed it and sterilize it. it'll be the community cat.
anon@6.43pm: I will be. I believe I've been thoroughly educated on being a responsible caregiver doing responsible feeding and sterilization. :)
the thing about singapore i find, it's too sterile. there is no room for strays. and there's no heart in the community for community strays. that's a vicious cycle that, obviously, the govt does not wish to encourage. it's meant to be a clean and green city. without the animals.
you go girl. you go do your bit.
good lord. another one???!!! don't give me any pls. my hands are tied!!!
from the photo,i think kitty needs another 3 mths before sterilization :)
i thought u owned the kitten when i read the beginning and thought it was so cute. but when i realised it's a stray, my heart sank. it's so sad being a stray. i hope it can find a home soon.
dee
neophyte: u said it all.
jazzgal: hallo...like u don't have to work??!!
anon@12.30am: i hope another month. they can be sterilized frm 8weeks onwards. but vets here do that for kittens so young. i'll try anyway.
dee: there're tons around and not enough homes. so it will remain a stray. sterilized hopefully.
