A Dinner At Pontini

It's been a good stretch of music and conversation across the week of MosaicThe friends loved flying in to fill their days with shopping and concerts in the evenings.

Importantly, it was a time for us to catch up and bond over food, music, wine and whisky. With all the different flight schedules, we managed to gather some at Pontini for a meal before everyone goes home.

(Pontini used to be the Italian restaurant at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel. It closed in 2015.)

There was an easy fruity Nipozzano Chianti Rufino 2004 to go along with the excellent dinner. Of course we had to have the after-dinner single malt to just chill out. It's been great, people. Catch you again soon!
