Lil'Missy likes selecting her own clothes to wear for the day, and can be rather adamant about it. Y told me the conversation that transpired in the morning before they came out.
Lil'Missy: Has Aunty Imp seen me in this dress?
Y shrugged: I don't know.
Lil'Missy: I don't think she has. I want to wear this.
So Lil'Missy proceeded to pull on the selected cheerful top and leggings. Of course the whole outfit matched her brand new shoes that were closer to magenta than bright pink.
We were all like, who taught her this concept of wearing stuff people hadn't seen?! The girl doesn't watch television programmes. Her parents never bother about that. I certainly don't care what Lil'Missy wears whenever I see her! But yes, the little girl likes to match her clothes that aren't always pink. For a while, she has never taken to the color black for shoes. She has just announced that she likes black shoes. I shall ask her that a couple times more before buying her a pair of shoes in black. Just to be sure that she'll wear it. :)
