Kale Salad For Dinner


Kale marinated in lemon juice, olive oil and sea salt :: toasted sesame seeds :: pecans :: almonds :: hazelnuts :: dried raisins and cranberries soaked in rum for 40 minutes :: avocado :: sautéed zucchini :: onions :: garlic :: garden-grown thyme :: coriander :: brown rice :: quinoa :: sesame oil :: topped with parmigiano-reggiano cheese ::

PS: @pebsicle, thanks for your thoughtful packet of nuts and dried fruit. They went into this salad.

i love savory salads, a mix of raw/sauteed/roasted. i'll use almost anything and put everything in them. Salads shouldn't be just sad leaves and sour tomatoes.
