It was an easy drive west for lunch. Re-visited an old haunt. Karu's. Needed to have awesome spices that the man and I don't know how to re-create at home. Rounded up the friends for the meal at Karu's. Surprisingly, it wasn't packed out. I used to pop in on weekdays and had to wait for a table.
I like Karu's fish head curry over many other stores in Little India. Most of all, I love their fried fish eggs. I could finish up a portion for two all by myself. Still good after all these months. Delicious with rice and fish curry.
