This Second Week of Lent 2020

Amidst the chaos that COVID-19 has wreaked, the calendar continues, and Lent has begun. Pope Francis advised us to stop giving our phones so much attention, and to make room for silence in our hearts and listen to the Word of God. Okay. This means, during Lent, I won't troll people. 40 days. I can do this.

[16] Thou shalt not be a detractor nor a whisperer among the people. Thou shalt not stand against the blood of thy neighbour. I am the Lord. [17] Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thy heart, but reprove him openly, lest thou incur sin through him. [18] Seek not revenge, nor be mindful of the injury of thy citizens. Thou shalt love thy friend as thyself. I am the Lord.
~ Leviticus Chapter 19, Douay-Rheims

With DORSCON Orange still active in Singapore, and the wave of infections only just reaching the other side of the world, our Masses have gone online. Livestreaming too, if you will. Honestly, I'm REALLY THRILLED about it. Hurhurhurhurhur. One could watch or one could listen. Obviously I picked the audio version because it irritates me slightly less. 😬
